Hydracity Detour 3 – Multiple locations of Watery confluences.

Following on from IL’s Watery Fox Skulks, 2021 Hydracity detours begins with a series of collective explorations of watery vents and veins that criss-cross the Metropole. Designed to coincide – individual Inspiral artists leave their homes to follow their chosen watery path – exploring apart but together, one small part of the watery commons; a waterway, traces of marshland, hidden streams or rivers, flowing towards a confluence.
The walks and detours will plot and flow along some of London’s least known or hidden waterways, with the aim of recording various confluences and re-routings of the Thames Valley basin system.
IL will be providing live reporting to share this experience. Times and access to live feed to be confirmed in advance.
