InspiralLondon Drawing Group at Festival of Alternative Art Education 2020

The nascent InspiralLondon Drawing Group takes shape at North Greenwich Slip Dock.
Meeting at entrance of Conway Hall 25 Red Lion Square @ 10.30 am – Return to Conway Hall 1pm.
InspiralLondon Drawing Group – Looking, Walking, Conversing with the City (c.2 hours) –

Join artist Inspirallers- Birgitta Hosea & Sarah Sparkes – for the launch of InspiralLondon Sketching Group. Using observation, and the placemaking memory of sketching, this unique drawing group emerges from InspiralLondon Collective Walking Art Project. You will need to bring simple drawing implements and small sketchpads in which to record your impressions, as well as be prepared to walk the streets of London. Drawings and sketches made during the mornings explorations will be dispalyed at Festival of Alternative Art Education (at Conway Hall).
InspiralLondon Drawing Group is one initiative of InspiralLondon Metropolitan Trail, an artist-led project to rediscover, map and explore this vast city, constantly on the move and changing.
The festival of Alternative Art Education will take place on Saturday, 21 March 2020 at Conway Hall, from 12pm-7pm. The exhibition “The Secret is Out:”will take place from Saturday, 21 March – Saturday, 25 April 2020, 10am-5pm.
